Are you like me – anticipating the coming of Fall. You know, all the good things about fall – the changing colors of the leaves, cooler air, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas and especially the Oklahoma Sugar Artist Show in Tulsa, Oklahoma. (OklahomaSugarArtists.com)

Well, I live in Texas so this year I can forget about cooler air for quite some time as its still 97 degrees or above on most days, and don’t even get me started on the Humidity levels. So while I can forget about Fall weather for some time to come, I still am anticipating Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas and the Oklahoma Sugar Art show in Tulsa, on October 2nd and 3rd.

I’m especially excited as this year I will be attending the show in person. I will also be participating in a class held on October 4th and 5th in the same building that the Oklahoma Sugar Artist Show was held in at the Oklahoma State Fairgrounds.   I signed up for this class as it was going to include  instructions on how to build  good structures for sugar art.  Imagine  how I felt when I learned that the finished product of the class will be one of the worlds largest sugar displays. I can’t wait to get started.
